WFF Association presents The Monthly Fincrime Q&A: Sextortion

Date: Thursday 30th April 2026
Time: 10:00 – 10:30 BST
Location: Online (MS Teams)

Financial crime does not stand still, and neither should the conversations around it. The We Fight Fincrime Association monthly Q&A sessions are designed to create a space where practitioners can ask the questions that matter, challenge assumptions, and explore real-world issues in an open and practical way.

Moderated by Jonathan Greenstein, each session brings together Tony Sales and a rotating group of members, partners and industry experts. Every session focuses on a specific topic, allowing for a more in-depth and relevant discussion shaped by those working on the front line.

This is not a webinar. It is a working session.

Ahead of each session, registered attendees are invited to submit their questions on the topic. These questions form the backbone of the discussion, ensuring the conversation is grounded in real challenges, not theory.

April topic: Sextortion

Sextortion is an area that is receiving increasing attention. While it is often seen as an individual issue, it can also present broader risks and raise questions around how firms identify and respond to emerging threats. In this session, we will take a measured look at the topic, answer your questions, explore how it is developing and where there may be implications for firms in practice.

During the session, we will:

  • Address pre-submitted questions from attendees
  • Explore practical scenarios and lived experiences
  • Share perspectives from across different sectors
  • Open the floor for live discussion and follow-up questions

These sessions are designed for practitioners who want clarity, not commentary. Expect honest answers, differing viewpoints, and a discussion that reflects the realities of the role.

How it works:

  • Register your place
  • Submit your questions in advance
  • Join the live session and take part in the discussion

Spaces may be limited to maintain a quality, interactive environment.
